| Well, if you have stayed up-to-date on current events over the past few years, you very likely noticed the revival of the “Black Lives Matter” movement which, of course, was spurred largely by the killing of George Floyd. In response to the revival of the movement, some people adopted the phrase “All Lives Matter”. | |

| While it is true that all lives matter, saying so as a response to “Black Lives Matter” can be harmful to the movement and I wanted to draw attention to this to try to prevent people from unknowingly belittling the “Black Lives Matter” movement. | |
