i'm an ARTPRIMATE (comic book illustrator and fine artist/filmmaker/animator/multimedia designer) with a desire to have fun and explore the world- I see the internet as the most formidable and, ironically, easiest way to engage with it. I love the so-called 'evil/macabre' side of things; Burlresque, Cabaret, Goth chicks, Devil Girls, Carnivals Creepy dolls or other craziness...! As an artist, I take pride in what I do well - what I love to do and leave the rest for the vultures to rend...Avid art/film fan- Love xperimental/highbrow while gobbling up the guilty pleasures of underground and lowbrow. Yeah, that's right I'm one crazy Sicilian/Puerto Rican-artist-Geek! Major fan of Mark Ryden, Joe Coleman, Kirby, HR Giger, Louis Bunuel, comics, Garlic, Bollywood films, underground artists of all types, TAKASHI MIIKE films, erotica...The old Avengers T.V. show, the marx bros; All these things are very important to me.....
I've been a Graphic designer, bohemian fine artist and illustrator at different stages of my life- Now finally realizing my dream of illustrating comic books. in the last few years, i've been in an issue of General Ginjur's Comics, Had pin-ups in B. Clay Moore's EXPATRIATE 2 and BATTLE HYMN 3 (Image comics)and a 5 page backup story for BATTLE HYMN 5.
I also have several comic proposals that I'm developing and hope to see them published in the next few years.
