Selling services and products on the radio allows companies reach their target audiences depending on what radio station they put it on its also cheaper than TV adverts too. A disadvantage could include mishearing all of the details and not being able to listen to it again.
Telesales
Telesales is product or service sales through the telephone.Telesales is product or service sales through the telephone.
An advantage of telesales may be having the ability to negotiate on a price being offered on a certain product. A disadvantage might be, having a sales person calling at inconvenient times of the day or repeatedly ringing to try and sell products and services which can be annoying.
The Internet
The internet is a computer network on a global scale providing a variety of information and communication facilities.
Advantages of buying products through the internet can be having the ability to compare different products and what companies offer the best price. It is also a convenient way to shop and deliveries are normally very quick too. A disadvantage may include, not being able to see the quality of the product clearly, or pictures being misleading. There are also many false sites that could scam people.
