| Mark makes his way to the front door of the party house and a man with a drink in his hand answers. Mark questions the man and tells him to lower the volume of the music. The man agrees and goes back in, but the music is still too loud. |

| Oh yeah, sure thing officer. I'll do it as soon as I get back in. | |

| With probable reasoning, Mark tries to become aware and watchful of whats going on. Mark enters the house and finds drunken men and women all about him. Mark arrests each one for not turning down the music and becming a danger to the city. |
