Laertes barges into the kings' and Queens' castle looking for his father. Polonius tells Laertes that Hamlet has killed him. |

| O thou vile King, give me my father! Where may he be? | |

| Your father was killed by Hamlet's own hands! He is dead, Laertes! | |

|
|
|
King Claudius encourages Laertes to seek revenge on Hamlet and shares with him a plot to kill the Hamlet. |

| Ahh, i shall seek revenge in rage over this foul murderer. Your nephew will become of nothing when i am done with him! | |

| Yes, yes, i agree young Laertes. And if you love your father dearly, you shall seek his revenge. If he is to come back from England then you shall challenge him to a duel. If he wins, then we will let him drink poison. | |
