| Hello? Technical Support? Yes, I'm here with a newly appointed executive in our company who moved her computer to her nice new big office and tried to set it up herself. Yeah, you got it. Answered "yes" to reformatting the hard drive. Then took the cover off and started, as she put it, "mushing stuff around and pulling stuff out.." All right, that's what I figured. Okay, thanks. Bye.
