| If you take a look at my records, you have been very consistent in meeting your goals. You were able to maintain your low AHT without sacrificing your CSAT. You pass in your QA scores, but I have one observation though. You always have one mark down for your QA and that is either paraphrasing or ending the call. Why is that? | |
