Judicial comic part 2 by ishelton20 on 02-10-2016
There are courts that were established by Congress, that each serve a special purpose.
These special courts include the Court of Claims, the Court of Customs, and Patent Appeals, and the Tax Court.
Appeals from some of these courtsare sent directly to the Supreme Court, while others must first pass through a court of appeals or a higher special court.
A judges role in government is very different from a legislator.
A legislator is open to influence of citezins, interests groups, other legislators, and the President.
A judge, in contrast, must be impartial, favoring neither one party nor the other.
