| I think I was more successful. For one thing, I reduced taxes for the peasants. I also made peace between tribes using diplomacy and military force. I stopped Hsiang Yu. Plus, China collapsed AFTER I died. | |

| I believe I was more successful because I conquered most of Vietnam and Korea to expand the Chinese borders. I also founded a university made for studying Confucianism. Plus, all of our wars were costing too much. Because of this, I added new taxes and made sure the government was in controll of the trading of salt, wine, and iron. | |
