| I love cofnucianism and i studied it. I then made it the state region. In order for someone to work for me someone would have to pass a test on Confucianism .I then made a university to teach confucian ideas. | |

| I did not have a region my people had to practice. I did revive feudalism. The government in which land is given to local rulers in exchange for loyalty and military service. It may not be a region but it is a politic. | |

| I say i am better because i became ruler first. I reduced harsh laws on peasants. I also was a rebel leader. We won the war by the way....I revived feudalism in china. I may have ruled as emperor for 7 years but i did a lot more than you! | |
