| I was the first king of the Han Dynasty from 206 to 202 BC. I was named emperor from 202 to 195 BC. During my reign I received feudalism in China. I ruled for 7 years as a ruler/ emperor. I made peace with tribes that were trying to invade China from Mongolia. | |

| I began my reign as emperor of the Han Dynasty around 141 BC. In the 130s BC I decided that China needed to be more aggressive in its approach to foreign nations. My massive army conquered Southern China, and most of Vietnam and Korea. I was interested in Confucianism. | |

| I eliminated many harsh laws and reduced taxes on the peasants. My rule is known as the beginning of the Han Dynasty. During my rule, China made several advances in art, literature, and science. I died around 195 BC but the Han Dynasty continued to grow for a couple more years. I had also influenced on the culture and government of China. | |

| My battles with Southern China, Vietnam, and Korea provided me with control of Forgana and many other small states in between. I added new taxes and saw that the government controlled the trade of salt, wine, and iron in order to raise money. I led to an uprising in which many people were killed and I committed suicide. I appointed my eight-year-old son as heir. | |
