I do Kriya Yoga on Tuesdays. It's really worth it. Do you do yoga too?

No. Never tried. But I do meditation every day.

Every day? Damn, that must be expensive.

Nah. I don't need to attend a class or anything. So it's basically free.

Is meditation some kind of yoga for the poors?
