| I'm reading a great management book about the rules of leadership. I think it will make me a more (astute) and (articulate) boss. | |
|
| Allow me to put that into context. There are a million different books, some (archaic), some modern, with a million different approaches. Moreover every situation is unique and requires sometimes (arbitrary) decisions. | |

| And yet this one author has found a magic formula to transform you from an (apathetic), non-emotional boss to a great leader. And that all makes sense because all great leaders throughout history achieved success by reading some random book. | |
