Vocabulary in Context: A day in Court. by MadisonBoynton on 09-29-2014
Hey John! Do you think we are ready for court tomorrow?
I think we are ready. We just have to make sure we are (coherent) and (cohesive) while talking to the judge so we don't seem out of order or not working together.
Do you think we should get to the court house early to (collaborate) and and decide what we are going to say?
I think that is a great idea! I will see you tomorrow at the courthouse at 11:00.
Okay, so just remember, we must stay (composed) so we don't look crazy in front of the judge. Also we need to remember to not (concede) or give up.
Great! I think we are going to do really well today!
