| These people need care. With rights goes responsiblilty. | |

| We need cutbacks. States always cut back on the people most in need. | |

| Aren't these folks a threat to the general public? | |

| Only if they have guns. | |

| How could they possibly get a gun?..........Oh that's right......It's an unalienable right for everybody.....and they aren't responsible for breaking the laws because they are special regular folks. | |
