| "Sorry sir, but it's the law to stay in the speed limit and you decided to ignore that," replied the policeman. | |

| "But...but...but," exclaimed Mr. Alkaban," that's not fair at all!" | |

| "Sorry," he replied, "but you do the crime, you do the time... or in this case pay the fee of 30 dollars." | |

| Mr. Alkaban walked off to go talk to his friend, Mrs. Krane. After talking to her he finally realized that he HAD to pay his fee.. |
