| Well, they are the universities which are vested with the right of granting degrees and diploma by Federal and Provincial legislature and College of Surgeons and Physicians Pakistan. Proceeding of contravention of law are held in the Court of magistrate 1st class. Offence is subjected to max. 5yrs rigorous imprisonment or fine of 50 thousand rupees or both. | |
