| Yeah that one, It was so unfair it isn't the poor child's fault that his father was a US citizen and not his mother. They had to go through so much extra work for him to become a citizen. | |

| You have to remember though, he wasn't even born on US soil. Imagine all the women we would have claiming there child has an American father just to get into the country. I think the paternity test is need to prove that they should be granted citizenship. | |

| It still unfair, you can't control which of your parents is a US a citizen or where your born. However, i guess in the end you're considered "right" or at least you sided the same way as the courts did. | |

| It's the way thats better for our country we don't need to waste money on those who aren't supposed to be here and simply faked having an US father for their convenience. | |
