| I believe not it to be fair to say that the villages should have an equalibrium of power, that is to say that each village can, in reasonable foresight, be defeated. I believe for Horizon this is not the case. | |

| It is, de facto, implausible to even suggest that Horizon has a chance of losing. Although it pains me greatly to say, Horizon has become a God amongst mortals which I must make explicit my disapproval of. | |
