Why am I here?
We're here, at the Ol' Windmill Factory where the loss of one screw ruined everything.
So tell me sir, what happened?
There was a technical problem with the windmill and come to find out, we had a loose screw which resulted in a collapse of the windmill.
Wow. All because of one single screw?
