| Personally, I believe that people that do crimes have had a rough childhood, and havent been taught the right things. If we could evalute children while they are in school to see where they are in their mind, we could help them before they commit crimes and help them become better people. | |

| All of it can happen, if we just wait a little. |

| If we can target the children before it gets even worse, all of the effects that the people have would be very likely not occur again over time. We will see a continual decrease in crime if this happens. | |

| Psychologists can see children in school when the year is about to end, and evalute their mental health. If it appears they are having problems, they can talk it through with them and have the gaurdians play a part in getting them back to a stable mental shape. | |
