What's the difference between the two?
When you buy a share of stock, your are actually taking ownership in the company in which you are investing.
Really? And what about bonds?
A bond does not represent ownership in a corporation. Instead, you become a creditor.
Creditor?
A creditor is a person or firm that gives credit in business transactions.
