| Sometimes due to lack of time, I need to provide the SR to the customer before I end the call. A negligence on my part, I just save my SR without reviewing it. | |

| I'll have a template for the common issues that we recieve so that i can copy and paste it to my documentation. I'll try to practice multi tasking and make sure that I will document everything that happened during the call. | |
