Earlier today, citizens spotted a "Man Duck" crusing downtown and other parts of the state questioning people about a bar incident some weeks back.
People say he has an extremely large head, and harrasses the people he is questioning with violent threats.
I don't know what you're talking about, I've never seen a "Duck Man" what in the world...
