The Lyttleton Manoeuvre by T_Emery_Lolsworth on 04-25-2008
In honour of the late Humphrey Lyttleton, we have decided to name a new Mornington Crescent manoeuvre after him
It goes thusly and in this wise
It can be invoked immediately after a Rushton's Gambit, or if a player has broken a Dollis Hill loop with a Shaftesbury Double
In effect, it replicates the Neasden-Stanmore Nexus move, without the downside that the player has to remain within the Jubillee Line for at least seven further reels
Thanks, Humph
Fade out, accompanied by the solo from "Living in a Glass House" by Radiohead
