Wow, we've actually got a case here that LIMITS the power of the Congress.
Yeah, I guess under the commerce clause, regulating firearms on school grounds can only be done by the state, not the federal government.
I guess it makes sense. It shouldn't be a federal offence to bring a gun to school or have it close to school.
Yeah, whoever brings a gun to school should probably be punished fairly by the state.
