| No, i think seeing a therapist would be a great start so i can express my feeling to someone who will listen and if im still feeling the urge to smoke weed I can go to group therapy. | |

| Life after going to therapy and getting on the right track again has been harder than ever. I now must find other things to take my anxiety out on. To keep me on the right track, I support myself with poistive peers. I know this effort will pay off. | |
