 | I don't see why we have to come up with our own processes for how we do things in our group and how we interface with other groups. These processes should be coming from other groups. I mean, IT is a pain point, legal is a pain point, finance is a huge pain point, and then there's sales. Oh, don't forget product managers! Support...I don't see how we can be expected to do this! | |

| Well, how about I put together a draft of our internal and cross-functional engagement processes and we can review them together and fine-tune them. Once we've done this, we can run them by all the groups? Then we can implement their comments and suggestions and send it out for final approval by all teams? | |

| I tried to get the DB team to create a DB so that our team so we can keep track of the number of emails that we receive from people whose email addresses start with the letter "A" as part of our A to Z project. I made a request thru the proper channels several months ago, they said they'd have it completed by the end of this month but then I got an email the other day that can't complete it because they've been tasked with revamping the entire World Wide Sales DB. I finally had it so I had a meeting with the new person who is now assigned to our request and she said she couldn't commit so I told her that if she didn't get this done ASAP I was going to escalate to her boss and then her boss' boss and if necessary, I'll esecalate all the way to the top! We've got to have our A to Zs! | |

| Oh that. Well, I really need to think very deeply and hardly about your idea. I need to a lot of time to really analyze your idea and consider the ramifications of your idea. But, I think that even after I've had some time to think deeply and hardly about your idea, I think that it is a very bad idea. | |
