The 10th Amendment - Part 2 Revised by babigurl94 on 01-02-2008
A 20 year old women is explaining to a camera man why she liked passing her driving test in a certain state.
When i found out that i could have a driving test in my hometown of Oregon, U.S.A i was very pleased. But when i found out that it would be easier than other states i was full of happiness!
Ok, do you know any of those other states which make the test harder?
Yes, as a matter of a fact i do. The main reason i loved passing my driving test was the fact that my mother lives in New York, U.S.A and over there the rules are more specific and more challenging.
Wow! I guess you were very pleased! Do you think it is unfair that certain states are allowed to have their own rules on driving and driving tests?
No, Not at all! The 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states that the rights are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Wow! Well im glad that you know your rights. Thank-you!
