In the case of Neimayah Brown vs. the Land family we have reached the final verdict. The defendent must pay $450,000 for the loss of the child and for the childs family .............. Case closed.
10 years later
We should reopen the case of Neimayah Brown vs. the Land family for i dont agree with the final verdict made....
This case cannot reopen for it has already been closed and that would be unconstitutional by violating the 7th Amendment. It states that no facts tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the U.S.
