Solving clashes between rights in Liberatopia

In Liberatopia all disputes between peoples' inalienable personal and property rights would be settled by unbiased arbiters or judiciary.
But unbiased people don't exist, so wouldn't your arbiters and judiciary suffer from favouritism, cronyism and corruption?
Did I mention that everyone would have guns as well?
