So how did Dick Cheney's surgery go?
Pretty good. Doctors fashioned a "heart" out of some stuff they found during the President's colonoscopy and inserted it into Cheney's cardiac cavity.
Has it been rejected?
Oh, no.
In fact, it feels right at home.
