 | Damn shame. It's just a damn shame. I have all these research projects I want to get off of the ground but no money to do it with. I spent it all on poorly designed experiments and now there's nothing left. Which is such a shame because I know better now. I've learned from my mistakes. We just need to get some grant money so that I can continue my awesome research. | |

| I've got all sorts of great ideas. It's just hard because I need you help. I need you and the rest of the lab to really come together and help bring in some grant money for my real ultimate research. However, I can't afford to pay you. And you know our lab administrator? I can't pay her when she comes back from maternity leave. Damn shame. But I know that you really care about the work that we do here. So I have some things I want you to do... namely a program I need written and some data analysis on an experiment I did 5 years ago. I know I owe you two raises and the graduate students need to eat - but this isn't about you, or them, or me.... THIS IS ABOUT SCIENCE.... AND THE BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | |
