Hey, pourquoi y a-t-il aucune langue etrangere en cela, le troisieme BALI LunchQuest ? by bethanysmall on 04-01-2007
Wherein our heroines go to that cafe place to obtain one of the rolls of which they're so fond. Riotous anecdotes are ensuing...
...in response to which he decided to, in his words, "use the power of invisibleness". (I know this would be confusing for anyone not already familiar with the story, that's why I've chosen the moon as a setting that symbolises the unfamiliar, with perhaps a touch of a sense of isolation. Duh.)
BAAAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAH. HAH. I'M DOUBLED OVER WITH LAUGHTER.
Wherein The Character On The Left, who may or may not be drawn and drawing from real-life situations, continues to be self-absorbed. Meanwhile, The Character On The Right gets lunch and totally has it toasted; is reassuring on the topic of other character's adulthood or lack thereof.
So my confusion is pretty much of the intricacy of the architectural and decorative design principles of one of the fancier basilica. I'm all about the drawing meaning from seemingly random settings today, huh? Also, I'm not that hungry as I've kind of filled up on caffeine. You go ahead though, have it toasted.
Oh I so totally will. It'll be all toasty and mixing it up. Also, toasting gives extra time for interrogation.
Wherein awkward contrivance saves the day. If by 'saves the day' one means 'makes a point in a clumsy sort of way' (which I totally do and hey those alternates I've forced into synonymy rhyme!).
I, ah, am not feeling awkward at all. What about eye contact? Eye contact is for girls.
Hey Beth - oops I mean The Character On The Left - are you using this "Rainy Swamp" to expressthe perilous difficulties of navigation you're currently facing? Also, how awesome is it that being mean to people makes them want to be friends? I'm extending the symbolism of this particular comic by offering up the moral on a platter - see right here in my hand AND in my words.
