Growing up in Narrowville #9 by Hanna_Fate on 03-29-2007
The IQ test you took at school says you are a genius. You must go to college, and become something wonderful, like a scientist, or doctor.
I don't want to do those things. I want to be an artist.
But, you owe it to the world to develop your genius, and do something impressive. It'll make your Dad and me look good.
Can't I be an artistic genius?
You'll never make any money as an artist. We would be so embarassed to have a daughter who is neither married, nor in a profitable profession.
Oh, all right. I'll go to college. If I work it out right, I won't have to get a job until I'm 24.
