| Yes! I was hoping if you could help me with that. I know you're an expert at establishing an identifier and indexing the information so people can access it on a search engine. Ideally, I just want qualified people to contribute and edit the information with time stamps on who made the edit. We will have a team look it over to verify it's accuracy also. | |

| Sure, I'll set up the identifier and metadata description for you, I'll make sure that we also secure information on what the general public can see and what our editors can see to protect the information and well being of others.Do you know what file you want to use? I assume for the general public a pdf and qualified references will be fine. | |

| Yes, and we want to provide as little barriers for interpretation as possible, I have other colleagues translating the information so that we all have an understanding and to add to the accessibility. For the format, We'll use a CSV file or a R file. Lastly, Can you also mention that anyone is able to reuse our information as long as we get credit? | |

| Okay , that sounds fesible i'll be sure to get all of that back to you within the end of the month. Lastly, data doesn't last forever so i think we should just declare the period of time to be 25 years until this ceases to exist, but i'm sure the metadata you described will provide information for years to come beyond that. | |
