I remember being hesitant to hire a sales rep because I wasn't sure if we had enough products or the right products for that sales rep to make a living. I was wrong. I quickly discovered the power of a sales rep and then the power of a sales team

Our sales team has gone from a small propeller on a plane to a large jet engine, and we've had to establish certain processes to ensure that the engine operated smoothly and that the sales staff worked as efficiently as possible
