Oh, hey Sally. The boss asked me to work this weekend. You too huh?

Yeah, but I don't mind. I don't have much to do on the weekends... Not since my husband left me.

Wow. It's like they purposefully hired staff lacking in confidence, but posessing crippling personal problems.. just so they can get more work done on weekends.

It's called the Blue Ocean Of Tears strategy.
