 | Good morning fellow Congressmen and women. I am here to propose a new bill called Animal Kill Shelter Prevention. It is important that this bill becomes a law because animals are needlessly being killed, This bill will reduce the amount of stray animals because we are funding the medical procedures to neuter and are helping with adoption programs so the shelters aren't packed. My final reason is that the animal supporters will be happy about this change and no animals are being harmed or killed. | |

| I oppose this bill because killing the animals is cheaper and easier than finding homes. It will cause overpopulated shelters and there are way more important things that our world is going through at the moment. I also need more details on where fundraising is coming from in order for others and I to be interested. Also how is it enforced? | |

| The government will help fund, open adoption centers, and help animals find homes. This law will be enforced by shutting down violators and jail time for individuals who participate in the opposition of this law. | |

| I support this bill because I also don't like how people are ok with animals being killed. This is a problem that should be fixed. How are we going to fund this without raising taxes? | |

| We are going to collect violation fees from people who violate this law, collect portions of the adoption fees along with collecting optional funds from supporters who care about this bill. | |
