Woodruff Industries is suing us for trademark infringement.

What is it they make again?

Life-saving medical equipment, such as the Woodruff Cerebral Imager.

And what do we make?

In this case we made and marketed an unflattering bobble-head doll of Mr. Woodruff, their CEO.

Serves him right for pants-ing me at assembly in the 3rd grade.
