| Hello good evening I'm Todd Taylor and next to me is my twin brother Tedd Taylor, welcome to today's broadcast. | |
| Thanks Todd today's first topic is the American Disabilities act or the ADA. | |
Disabilities are conditions in which the person that has it is challenged in some way. |
| I'm sure most of you know somebody or have heard of somebody with a disability. | |
| Disabilities aren't only mental problems they can affect many parts of the body. | |
The ADA helps protect the disabled in many discriminatory situations. |
| Nobody likes discrimination, especially against someone who may need extra help. This is where the ADA comes into play. | |
| The ADA helps protect the disabled from discrimination in employment, transportation, public accommodations, communication, and government activities. | |
