| to start off... how would you describe your relationship with your employees? i'd assume you would treat them with some type of respect. | |

| Well, yes Mr.Johnson to be perfectly honest with you I know i could do a little better. I have made some improvments as faras them getting paid more and less hard working hours. I would never want my employees to suffer I'm just not that type of person. | |
