| It sounds like you are overthinking and assuming how people feel and react. Nobody is perfect, and none of us can control each others' reactions. Just trust them to come to you if something is actually wrong. | |

| You're right. I'm trying to control everything and how people are thinking and feeling in my own head, and that just doesn't work. I need to change my thinking to not assume that people are mad at me. I need to think confidently about myself too and that I'm a good person who never intentionally hurts people. | |
