THE LIFE-SPAN OF FLIES, EPISODE 16: "Does she want me to ask her out?" by M_Pelfrey on 09-04-2016
Nobody's life has any real impact three to four weeks after their death. It's so sad, but it's so totally true. The only exception is if your child dies, or I'll even give you an immediate family member. But in general, it doesn't matter what you've done, life will go on in just a handful of weeks as if you were never here.
She's totally opening up to me. Should I make my move? Does she want me to?
We kept pulling this string out of my cat's butt forever! He must have eaten some fishing wire or something. We'd pull and it would meow and try to walk away but it was still coming out, then we started laughing and then it got away and ran out of the house with this massive string hanging out of his butt, so we ran after it....
She's talking like I'm her close friend. Is she sending me a vibe here? Is this an invitation to ask her out?
Dude, you cannot turn in work like this. The analytics are wrong. The data in colum A and colum B don't even match up. This is not acceptable. If we both have to stay late to clean this up, then so be it.
This is the first time she's come to my desk. Usually it's just emails and whatnot. Is this a signal? And what's with staying late? Does she want me ask her out?
