| All the depts have denied the authorisation of these documents. The M(TS)-II has confirmed that there is no biometric record, the CL&SO's signatures are forged , bogus Challan was submitted at accounts dept and transfer charges collected by them without verifying with the Estate dept. | |

| Hmmmm.... so the NMMC has issued OC & CC on the basis of all forged documents. BUT our internal sytem also looks weak without any checks. I will prepare the report for CVO immediately. | |
