| I'm not a fan of hot beach weather neither but in a house by the moutains you have to worry about getting stuck in your house or having shovel your driveway every day just to get your car out. | |

| That may be true but by the beach you have to worry about your kids going out there alone and during the really rainy season you have to be very alerted about hurricanes breaking out so i would rather be cald then have to deal with that. | |
